The panel focused on creating a dialogue between Honor, the MRC and students from other minority groups on Grounds.
In order for a person to be found guilty, they must receive eight of ten jury votes. 
The trial is being held for an undergraduate engineering student who is accused of cheating on an exam.
The proposal would give Honor the ability to decide whether or not a case would fall within their jurisdiction.
Among other issues, Honor has discussed changing the Honor plaque to match what is written in the handbooks.
