After much anticipation, “Game of Thrones” finally returned this weekend with its season six premiere, “The Red Woman.” The question on fans’ minds since last season’s premiere has been the fate of Jon Snow: Is he truly dead? While the premiere didn’t definitively answer this question, it tied up some other loose ends satisfactorily and set the stage for another great season.

The University Board of Visitors met Tuesday in the Special Collections Library to discuss new projects and proposals including renovations at the intersection of Ivy Road and Emmet Street, plans for a new Contemplative Sciences Center, a new tennis facility and relocation or expansion of the Elson Student Health Center and the Frank Batten School of Public Policy.

For weeks now, “The Walking Dead” has been releasing sub-par episodes, expecting viewers to stick it out in hopes of a dramatic reveal in the finale, “Last Day on Earth.” The result, however, was yet another slow episode ending in yet another cheap cliffhanger intended to drag the show’s audience into the next season with some semblance of excitement.

Hulu’s new miniseries, “11.22.63,” opens with a heartbreaking monologue from an elderly GED student about the night his father murdered his family, and only becomes more intense from there. Although only two episodes have been released so far, the show has plenty of potential, judging by the amount of suspense and emotion packed into those two hours.

Liberty in North Korea hosted guest speaker Seol Song Ah, a defector from North Korea, in Nau Hall Tuesday night. Seol spoke to students and LiNK members of her experience in North Korea, and spoke about human rights violations, business, media censorship and standards of living.
