The suspects are described as two males between ages 20-25, one wearing a red sweatshirt and black pants, and the other wearing a blue shirt with black pants.
The statistics show an increase in rape, aggravated assault, burglary, arson, dating violence, and stalking.
The University Police Department obtained a warrant after the suspect stole a purse from a car and fled the area.
