The No. 11 Virginia wrestling team welcomes Appalachian State and Old Dominion this weekend for its final regular season matches as it looks to extend a four-game winning streak and gain momentum before postseason play. The Cavaliers (13-3, 4-1 ACC) earned a thrilling 21-19 win against Maryland Feb.

The No. 16 Virginia wrestling team swept its season-opening matches against Anderson, Ohio, and UT-Chattanooga, putting on a clinical performance during its Saturday meet. Virginia’s first opponent, Division-II Anderson University, proved no match as the Cavaliers prevailed 37-12.
