University student arrested at Buddist Biker

Nicholson, 20, reportedly was angry after being kicked out of the club when he broke the window in a car parked out side the local hangout.

Nicholson has alleged that four male students in the parking lot assaulted him. According to Nicholson, he sustained bruises and scrapes from the altercation.

He also claimed the four assailants stole his wallet.

Police still are investigating the mattter. It is not known if any charges have been filed.

Graveside services for Maria S. Diaz to be held today in Virginia Beach

The funeral for second-year College student Maria S. Diaz who died August 25 in a car accident on interstate 64 was held yesterday in Virginia Beach.

Diaz and James Madison University student Kevin Ahlstrand, both 19, were killed Saturday when their 1986 Saab ran off the road, crashing into a tree.

The graveside services will be held today in Virginia Beach.

The University is planning its own memorial service for Diaz at St. Thomas Aquinas Church for University students.
