A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS

Students gathered last night on the south steps of the Rotunda for a vigil organized in conjunction with "Lifting the Darkness," a week devoted to depression and suicide awareness. Participants marched from the AFC to the Rotunda last night. Other events for the week included free confidential depression screenings by CAPS in Newcomb hall yesterday and information provided on the Lawn.

Since the Contemplative Commons opening April 4, the building has hosted events for the University community.
