Foxfield changes entrance procedures

As the April 26th spring races at Foxfield approache, officials clarify how students can attend the races.

For the first time, all of the tickets must be pre-purchased. No tickets will be available at the gate on race day. Any vehicles or buses with non-ticket holding occupants will be turned away, according to the Foxfield races Web site.

Tickets can be purchased by calling the race office or online at musictoday.com.

Also, general admission tickets were renamed e invitation tickets and general admission parking now is referred to as invitation parking.

Foxfield also has reinstated the invitation parking fee in order to encourage carpooling.
