FEMA opens hotline to assist with Hurricane Isabel aftermath

The Federal Emergency Management Agency opened a hotline to provide information for Virginians affected by Hurricane Isabel. The Army Corps of Engineers will answer questions about debris removal and possible reimbursement. General information also will be available building contractors and contracting ethics for people repairing homes damaged in the storm. The line is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the toll-free number 866-880-1380.
