University doctors qualify for 2003 list of top physicians

The 2003 edition of America's Top Doctors includes 46 physicians from the University Medical Center, according to the Health System Media Relations office.

Doctors listed in the annual book are nominated by colleagues, after which the publisher, Castle Connolly Medical, Ltd. researches the top specialists for the final list. The publisher surveyed over 250,000 doctors, according to media relations.

The physicians include:

Funlola Fagbohun, associate director of the first year experience, describes her experience working with OTP and how she strives to create a welcoming environment for first-years during orientation and beyond. Along with her role as associate director, summer Orientation leaders and OTP staff work continually to provide a safe and memorable experience for incoming students.
