Jesse Matthew’s defense counsel may call up to 14 witnesses at a motions hearing set to occur next week.

Matthew is charged with capital murder for his alleged involvement in the abduction and subsequent murder of late University student Hannah Graham, who went missing Sept. 13, 2014.

The subpoenaed individuals are those who investigated Graham’s case and were involved in her search after she was reported missing but before her body was found.
