The Virginia men’s golf team finished the Linger Longer Invitational in second place out of 15 teams, with a combined three-round score of 846 (18-Under).

The Virginia men’s indoor track and field team finished with 12 total points in the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships this past weekend. Host team Texas A&M won the national championship with a score of 46, and the Cavaliers placed 16th overall in the nation.
Losing was not an option for the No. 23 Virginia men’s basketball team against No. 5 North Carolina. Having lost the previous four of five games, the Cavaliers were in dire straits and desperately needed a win. So, they did what they do best — play suffocating defense.
