Tickets to the Dave Matthews Band concert, the first concert at the new John Paul Jones Arena, will go on sale to the general public Saturday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m., according to a press release.
Liz Flynn, director of marketing for the John Paul Jones Arena, said shows are scheduled for Friday, Sept. 22 and Saturday, Sept. 23. Tickets will be $55 for all seating and may be purchased online at or by visiting Plan 9 outlets.
The John Paul Jones Arena is scheduled to open in Charlottesville in July 2006.
