Protesters express objection to Trump administration Compact
Students, faculty, staff and community members gathered on the Lawn Friday to urge the University to reject the proposed Trump administration’s “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education.” Friday evening, the University announced that it would formally reject the Compact.
