INCIDENTS

Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, Maury Avenue

*Two students assaulted, late Friday night, Feb. 13, 1998.

*Two gunshots fired "from an undetermined direction," according to police reports.

*House had been rented out for a charity event sponsored by a member of the Black Fraternal Council.

Sigma Nu Fraternity, Carrs Hill Road

*Fight broke out at Saturday night party, Sept. 13, 1998, between students and non-University individuals.

*House had been rented out to Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., a member of the BFC.

*Seven police officers intervened.

Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Rugby Road

*Fight broke out between two individuals - a student and a non-student -- early Sunday morning, Oct. 24, 1999.

*House had been rented out to Black Enterprises, a University Contracted Independent Organization.

*Police said one victim suffered "facial lacerations."

Sigma Phi Epsilon, Madison Lane

*Fight broke out inside party Saturday night, Oct. 31, 1999.

*Sixteen police officers came on the scene.
