Women's golf to play in Wildcat Fall Invitational

The Virginia women's golf team will head to Lexington, Ky., this weekend to compete in the Wildcat Fall Invitational.

Tee times are set for 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

Virginia finished ninth of 17 in its last tournament, the Cougar Fall Classic in Charleston, S.C.

This is the team's first competitive season. The Cavaliers won their inaugural event, a dual match against Richmond held Sept. 7 at Birdwood Country Club.
