Three Virginia volleyball players awarded All-ACC honors

Three members of the Virginia volleyball team earned accolades voted on by the conference's nine head coaches. Senior libero Whitney Ashcraft, senior outside hitter Paige Davis and freshman outside hitter Lindsay Osco all earned 2003 All-ACC Honors.

Ashcraft was named to the All-ACC First Team, Davis was named to the All-ACC Second Team and Osco received All-Freshmen honors.

This is the second consecutive year that Ashcraft has been named to the first team, while Davis received All-Freshmen honors in 2000.

The Cavaliers begin play in the conference tournament tomorrow. Virginia is ranked No. 5 and will face No. 4 North Carolina.
