Isabela Delgado is a staff writer on the news desk who enjoys writing longer form pieces. Most of her work is focused on U.Va. The Honor Committee met Sunday for its final meeting of the 2025-26 academic year to discuss a recommendation of how to handle student unresponsiveness after students are notified of an alleged violation of the University’s honor code.
“The Honor Committee and the University Judiciary Committee no longer organize or offer implicit bias training for their members that include impermissible content regarding race or other protected characteristics,” the report stated.
Sahasra Molletti, co-chair for the Faculty Advisory Committee, Batten representative and second-year College student, was elected to serve as the new vice chair for the graduate community for the term.
The Honor Committee held its first meeting for the 185th term Sunday evening, led by Genny Freed, newly-elected Committee chair and third-year College student.
