THE SEMESTER is winding down, and that means it is time to take a retrospective look at our fine University over the past couple of months and offer my sincerest congratulations to several very deserving parties.

-First, a heartfelt congratulations to our Student Council President-elect Noah Sullivan for demonstrating an ability to "bring something new" to the Council. His nomination of current president Daisy Lundy as his chief of staff certainly had nothing to do with the fact that he currently serves as chief of staff for Lundy. It is good to see the StudCo machine keep on reproducing. Fortunately, there are some other new voices on the executive board -
