Clarification

In Monday's News article, "Pancakes for Parkinson's raises $15k," Pancakes for Parkinson's co-chair Stefin Pasternak stated Saturday's event netted between $15-$17,000 and the groups total fundraising to date was $45,000. In fact, Pasternak now says from more complete data, over $17,000 was raised on Saturday and the group has raised nearly $40,000 to date. Pasternak and The Cavalier Daily regret the error.

Yesterday's News article, "Changes made for Thursday event parking," reported that no UTS busses will run after 3:30 tomorrow afternoon. In fact, administrators wish to clarify that while most routes will not be running after 3:30, additional Green Route bus service will be running throughout the day until 12:30 a.m. from the Emmet/Ivy Garage to Central Grounds and the Health System via Emmet Street to accommodate the increased demand. The Central Grounds Shuttle will operate until 5:30 p.m. All other University bus service will end at 3:30 p.m.
