More specifically, the carnival was planned and executed by a committee that included eight members of the IFC and ISC and two representatives from the non-profit organization Building Tomorrow. IFC, ISC, MGC, NPHC, UVA Bookstore, UVA Alumni Association, Parents Program and Student Council sponsored the event.
