Corrections

In yesterday's article, "City defers $21M bond over Beta House concerns," the quote "ties to the past" was misattributed to Prof. Daniel Blustone. The quote was actually from an e-mail that Garth Anderson, vice-chair of the Albemarle County Historic Preservation Committee, sent to the County Board.

A photo caption for Wednesday's article, "Experts square off in troop surge debate," incorrectly stated that the event was aired on "The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer." In fact, MacNeil/Lehrer Productions was a co-sponsor of the debate and the debate was broadcast on PBS stations.

The Cavalier Daily regrets these errors.
