A note of thanks

I’m not sure who turned my iPod in to the staff at Clark Library, but I would like to thank them. When I first got the postage size stamp iPod shuffle, I knew that my track record was bleak. The fact that I managed to hold on to it for two years escaped even my wildest expectations. When it turned up missing a few days ago, I scoured my pockets and bedroom to no avail. I remembered having gone to the library, but thought the chances were slim. To my great surprise, I asked the desk and they retrieved it.

It made my day. Say what you will about humanity and the University or the honor code, but there are still good people left. And I think that’s worth remembering. Whoever you are, thanks for the reminder!
