Former Assoc. Dean Nicole Eramo filed a lawsuit against Rolling Stone, Wenner Media Inc. and Sabrina Erdely for their publishing of the now retracted article, "A Rape On Campus," and was awarded $3 million in damages by a jury. The case came to a settlement in April.
