The Cavaliers arrived at Virginia Tech this weekend ranking No. 1 in two polls. After outscoring the Hokies 37-8 during a three-game sweep, the team made a case to be the country's unanimous top team. Virginia (28-2, 11-1 ACC) plated 17 runs in four innings Friday, as the team took the opener 18-3.
