TOBIN: The Ducks fit the bill

While nothing good came out of playing Oregon in the second week of the 2013 season, the No. 24 Ducks are the perfect opponent for Virginia in week two this year.


Sophomore forward Edward Opoku opened scoring Tuesday at James Madison en route to a 3-0 Cavalier victory. The Rye, NJ native leads Virginia in scoring with two goals through the first three matches.

The No. 12 Virginia men’s soccer team (2-0-1, 0-0 ACC) started off their mini two-game road trip with a bang, beating James Madison (0-4, 0-0 CAA) handily in their road opener with a 3-1 victory.
