The No. 4 Virginia women’s lacrosse team lost its first game of the season against No. 12 Princeton Saturday, 14-7.

For the second time this season, the No. 5 Virginia women’s lacrosse team suffered a loss at the hands of No. 11 Notre Dame — this time in a more defensive battle between the two teams for a final score of 7-6 in the quarterfinal round of the ACC tournament held Thursday afternoon at Klöckner Stadium.
