City considers light rail system to alleviate traffic
By Erin Kim | November 10, 2004Last Monday, the Metropolitan Planning Organization's Technical Committee presented a proposal for a Central Virginia light rail system to the Charlottesville-Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Commission.
