Virginia women's swimming wins sixth consecutive NCAA title

For their sixth straight title, the Cavalier women rewrote the history books at the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships — posting a program-record 589 points and sweeping all five relay events. No women’s program has ever won six consecutive NCAA team titles, and Virginia has never relinquished the crown since winning its first title in 2021.
