Ultimately, I found this simple vegetarian chili recipe to be a lifesaver. To start, it’s impossible to mess up. The dish is merely a medley of vegetables, beans and tomatoes, cooked in various spices, making it great for any novice cook with limited kitchen expertise.

New eateries revive on-Grounds dining

Overall, I’m enjoying the new menus. While Za’atar and the Late Night menu may not be a step up for those without a meal plan, they’re good options for those who do have one, and everyone should stop by Rookie’s for a scoop. 


Even their appearance screams spring, with their soft, warm yellow color that reminds me of sunshine.

The University’s Orientation and Transition programs are vital to supporting first year and transfer students throughout their entire transition to college. But much of their work goes into planning summer orientation sessions. Funlola Fagbohun, associate director of the first year experience, describes her experience working with OTP and how she strives to create a welcoming environment for first-years during orientation and beyond. Along with her role as associate director, summer Orientation leaders and OTP staff work continually to provide a safe and memorable experience for incoming students.
