Sept. 17) that wealthy families should not hire people to help them through the ?difficult and painful process? of applying to college.Does Meyer also think that large companies should not hire consultants to help them compete with smaller firms, or that successful football teams should not hire expert coaches to ensure more wins?It would be ?fair? if everyone had the same amount of resources, but that is not the world we live in.

Funlola Fagbohun, associate director of the first year experience, describes her experience working with OTP and how she strives to create a welcoming environment for first-years during orientation and beyond. Along with her role as associate director, summer Orientation leaders and OTP staff work continually to provide a safe and memorable experience for incoming students.
