The U.S. Department of Education announced Friday the publication of final changes made to the Clery Act by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013. A search team with the Chesterfield County Sheriff's office found human remains in an area off Old Lynchburg Road in southern Albemarle County shortly before noon Saturday.
