After a season strewed with many ups and downs so far, everything came together for the Virginia baseball team, as the Cavaliers downed Liberty 5-2 in a true team effort Wednesday night.
Virginia softball split their Wednesday double-header with Liberty in Lynchburg, Virginia. The Cavaliers fell in the first game, 3-2, before taking down the Flames, 4-2.
When the ACC released its annual 18-member All-Conference team Wednesday, Virginia fans found just one Cavalier representative – sophomore goalie Matt Barrett.
