Cavs cruise past foes at Princeton Chase

A week after collecting a Championship Eight victory at the prestigious Head of the Charles event, the Virginia women's rowing team secured two wins at the Princeton Chase Sunday. In the premier Varsity Eight race, Virginia's top boat crossed the finish line at the 14:35.17 to down all other competition, including a talented hosting Princeton unit which claimed second place.

Friday against the Hurricanes (19-3, 10-3 ACC), the Cavaliers (8-15, 2-11 ACC) failed to reach 20 points in any set and were swept 3-0 in Coral Gables.
