Final columns

It's been a few months since I've written a column for this newspaper. But during its last week of publication for my last semester of college, I couldn't pass up an offer to have my ugly mug appear on these pages once more. So what do I do with my last column in this paper?

Squad scores 43 in sweep

The No. 2 Virginia baseball team completed its second ACC series sweep on the season this past weekend against Maryland at College Park. The Cavaliers (34-9, 15-6 ACC) won game one 5-1 behind a modest nine hits and 7.2 outstanding innings of six-hit, one-run baseball from sophomore Danny Hultzen for his sixth victory this year. Then Virginia exploded for 27 runs on 28 hits during the back end of Friday's doubleheader.
