Correction

The Jan. 31 Life article "Rock Steady" incorrectly stated that Aarash Sofla was a paid tour guide. He actually said that he was an unpaid guide because if he were paid that would take the fun out of it. The article also improperly stated that the scale of difficulty for climbing routes was from zero to 15. The scale is in fact 5 to 5.15, and Sofla is a 5.12. The Cavalier Daily regrets any confusion.

Funlola Fagbohun, associate director of the first year experience, describes her experience working with OTP and how she strives to create a welcoming environment for first-years during orientation and beyond. Along with her role as associate director, summer Orientation leaders and OTP staff work continually to provide a safe and memorable experience for incoming students.
