Virginia ties for regular season ACC title After defeating Duke 5-2 at Ambler Tennis Stadium, Virginia has tied Duke and Miami for the regular season title in the ACC.

The Cavaliers fell behind early, losing the doubles point for the first time in 14 matches. The Cavaliers retaliated though, winning five of the first six sets. Duke took the finals single match, but Virginia had already clinched the win.

The Cavaliers next head down to Cary, North Carolina for the ACC tournament. Virginia is the No. 2 seed in the tournament, after a blind draw determined what seeds Duke, Miami and Virginia would have. Duke received the No. 1 seed, Miami the No. 3.
