Guanyu Lu and Baichuan Shu, the two second-year Engineering students charged with the kidnapping and extortion of a 20-year-old man in November, were brought to trial in Fairfax County Circuit Court yesterday afternoon. According to a Fairfax County Adult Detention Center employee, the trial was continued, and the students will next appear in court April 2.
