Rob Bell, R-Albemarle County as saying, “The transportation budget has grown; primarily the road budget has doubled in last 10 years.” The quote should have read: “The transportation budget has grown; the primary road budget has doubled in the last 10 years.” The Cavalier Daily regrets the error.
