The Honor Committee discussed jurisdiction at its weekly meeting in the form of a newly proposed by-law regarding the committee’s discretion to decline or defer jurisdiction of certain cases.

Jury hears from Jackie’s friends

Tuesday’s trial presented the video depositions of Jackie’s friends Kathryn Hendley and Ryan Duffin, as well as the testimonies of Rolling Stone fact-checker Elisabeth Garber-Paul, Charlottesville Police Sergeant Jacob Via and Benjamin Rexrode, University Police Department crime prevention coordinator.
