ISC spends 23K to house Pi Chis, uses higher recruitment fee

In addition to eliminating food from house tours, the organization housed Panhellenic Counselors in the Cavalier Inn, costing the organization more than $23,000. The change was in part off-set by increased registration fees for potential new members.
