Jones severely injured in accident

Virginia freshman cornerback Randy Jones, a redshirt this season, was critically injured in a car accident that occurred Sunday night near Stoneville, N.C., according to the Greensboro News & Record. Jones' oldest brother, Travis Wilson, 22, reportedly was driving and has been charged with three counts of felony death by motor vehicle and driving while impaired.

The No. 4 Virginia men's soccer team improved its win streak to eight games and shutout streak to six games Saturday night when it knocked off VCU, 1-0, at Sports Backers Stadium in Richmond.
