The easiest, heartiest vegetarian chili recipe

Ultimately, I found this simple vegetarian chili recipe to be a lifesaver. To start, it’s impossible to mess up. The dish is merely a medley of vegetables, beans and tomatoes, cooked in various spices, making it great for any novice cook with limited kitchen expertise. 

Even their appearance screams spring, with their soft, warm yellow color that reminds me of sunshine.

Overall, I’m glad I unintentionally baked these easy yet delectable lemon blondies, perfect for sharing with friends or for when you’re in the mood for a cooling, flavorful dessert.

Given my pumpkin obsession — especially during the fall season — ordering the stack of pumpkin spice pancakes was an obvious choice.
These past few days, these seasonal muffins have put me in the fall spirit. I enjoy them for breakfast, warmed in the microwave for around 10 seconds and paired with a steaming mug of coffee, chai, or the leftover apple cider.
