This new policy goes into effect with the Class of 2025 — current fourth-years in the Class of 2024 will still be able to serve in their fifth year.
The Committee’s only action item for the meeting was the approval of the updated Compliance Charter — a set of guidelines meant to promote integrity and ethical behavior within University reporting systems.
The program totals to $119,612.50 in free laundry for the 6,835 undergraduate students living in on-Grounds housing this semester.
As primary winner, Deeds will go on to the Nov. 7 general election where he will face Republican candidate Philip Hamilton and Independent candidate J’riah Guerrero.
Following applications, the Community Coalition conducted a series of interviews with candidates and finally narrowed down their selections to the people nominated in Tuesday’s legislation.
