Warner wants to prepare Virginia to step into the Information Age by improving the economy and providing a world-class education for its citizens

On the Issues

Higher education: Warner will give $250 million each year to capital building projects at Virginia's colleges and universities with priority given to science and technology needs. He supports the tuition freeze until Virginia's tuition is at the levels of its peer institutions in other states. Then he will raise tuition with the rate of inflation.

Funlola Fagbohun, associate director of the first year experience, describes her experience working with OTP and how she strives to create a welcoming environment for first-years during orientation and beyond. Along with her role as associate director, summer Orientation leaders and OTP staff work continually to provide a safe and memorable experience for incoming students.
