Women's basketball's Blue earns ACC Player of the Week

Following a career-high 26 points and 12 rebounds last Friday against Virginia Tech, Virginia senior LaTonya Blue was awarded her first career ACC Player of the Week Monday.

Later that night, Blue justified the honor as she dropped 24 points en route to a 77-62 Virginia upset of No. 24 Florida State. On the season, Blue leads the Cavaliers in scoring with 11.3 ppg and in assists with 5.2 apg.
