Junior men's tennis player Somdev Devvarman was named ACC Player of the Week after going 2-0 in doubles and singles last week in Virginia wins against No. 8 Pepperdine and No. 19 Boise State. Against Pepperdine, Devvarman defeated No. 15 Andre Begemann 6-3, 6-2. The next day in the victory over Boise State, Devvarman beat No. 7 Luke Shields 6-0, 5-7, 10-6.
The honor was Devvarman's second of the season.
