The spring semester has begun at the University, and although the weather may still be far from balmy, music venues throughout Charlottesville are preparing to usher in 2011 with a breath of fresh air. The scene in Charlottesville has always offered stellar variety and exceptional talent, from nationally acclaimed sensations to local stars. With an array of vastly different values - compare John Paul Jones Arena and the Southern, for example - you can find a performance that sparks your interest this upcoming season.
