Kiplinger rankings list University No. 2

We're number one - or are we?

In a list of the 100 best values in public colleges released yesterday by Kiplinger's Personal Finance, the University ranked second behind the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The rankings are in slight contrast to the U.S. News & World Report rankings released last week, which named the University the top public school in America alongside the University of California at Berkeley.
