Rotunda Stop...

Ben Brown

Third-year College Student

Q: What's the best costume you ever had for Halloween?

A: Last year I dressed up as a pregnant woman, and people really liked that so I might do that again.

Q: What are your plans for the night?

A: I'm not as big of a fan of Halloween as most of my friends are. I don't like the idea of begging for candy. I don't know what I'm going to do the day of, but we're having a big party at my fraternity the day after.

Q: Did your mom make your costumes when you were little?

A: Yeah, my mom made my costumes, and I was Dracula like every year because she bought a lot of face paint and used it over and over.

Q: When you were a kiddid you have

any crazy Halloween experiences?

A: Yeah, I got in a fight one year. I was in seventh grade and me and my friends saw these little kids get their bags stolen. So, we got in a fight to try and get their bags back. We were like the heroes of the night.

Q: Did you ever dress up in a guy-girl pair?

A: Yeah, Raggedy-Anne and Andy when I was very little. It was with my girlfriend in kindergarten.

Q: What's the scariest thing that's ever happened?

A: I think when I was, like, 17, me and a couple friends went to McDonald's and we stole the Ronald McDonald head on top of the helium tank. They called the police because they had our license plate number on the security camera -- as well as all of our faces. They found the phone number that went with the license plate number, and they ended up calling my friend's cell phone while we were in a movie. They told us that if we didn't return the Ronald McDonald head, we were going to all get arrested. We went back to the McDonald's and there were two squad cars waiting for us. They took our IDs and our pictures. We didn't end up getting in trouble, though. because they taste good and they're low in calories.

Q: What's your favorite scary movie?

A: Definitely the Exorcist. That scared the crap out of me because it talks about the devil and stuff. I'm notvery comfortable with that.
