Men's Soccer to Begin NCAA Tournament Friday

The University of Virginia men's soccer team (9-9-2) will play the Seton Hall Pirates (9-5-4) at home in the first round of the NCAA tournament Friday, Nov. 21. The game will be at Klöckner Stadium at 7:00 p.m.

This is the second meeting between these two teams. Seton Hall defeated Virginia, 1-0, Aug. 29 in Charlottesville. The winner will advance to play the No. 3 Wake Forest Demon Deacons in the second round Wednesday, Nov. 26 at WFU's Spry Soccer Stadium in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Virginia had gained an automatic berth to the tournament after moving past Maryland in a shootout for its eighth ACC championship.

Tickets will be available at the gate for $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for youths, seniors, and students of Seton Hall or U.Va. with a valid photo ID starting an hour before game time.
